North Cascades National Park boasts stunning alpine views that rival Glacier National Park. We did this with our kids, who managed to climb the steep, rocky hill to touch the glacier while I struggled to lift my feet.

5.Leavenworth

Leavenworth is a well-planned tourist town that offers a great deal of Bavaria. You can enjoy a few pretzels and bratwurst as well as steins. Lederhosen is allowed in Leavenworth, which was once a bustling logging village. The community decided to make it a mini-Bavaria instead of letting it go when things took a bad turn.
